shoie33 will not be held responsible for any losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to follow the basic security measures above.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the shoie33 platform are subject to the following policies:
Deposit: The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. Accepted methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and crypto assets (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposits will be credited to your account upon successful transaction verification.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the chosen method and time of request. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
shoie33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold while the review process is underway.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
shoie33 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
For example: If you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your account balance becomes RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. For a deposit of RM2,200 with a maximum bonus of RM1,000, the balance becomes RM3,200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.
Additional terms relating to bonuses are as follows:
- Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only for the first deposit.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly into cash.
- shoie33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or system manipulation.
- The weekly VIP cashback programme is available at three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%). Tier advancement is based on user activity and loyalty.

9 Account Termination and Suspension
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the shoie33 support team. Prior to closure, all unwagered balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to the required identity verification.
shoie33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.
